Refund Policy.

How project payments, cancellations, completed work and third-party costs are handled.

Last updated: September 7, 2026

01. General policy

Web development and digital projects involve allocated development time, planning, design, engineering and other resources. For this reason, Webrovise does not offer automatic or unconditional refunds after project work has started.

02. Deposits and project payments

A deposit or initial payment may be required before work begins. Once development, design, planning or other project work has started, the payment covers work and resources allocated to the project and is generally non-refundable.

Larger projects may be divided into milestones. Each milestone and its payment requirements will be defined in the applicable proposal or agreement.

03. Client cancellation

A client may request cancellation of a project in writing. Cancellation does not remove the client's responsibility for work already completed, approved expenses, committed resources or third-party costs incurred for the project.

If an outstanding balance exists for work already performed, that balance remains payable under the applicable project agreement.

04. Cancellation before substantial work

If Webrovise cancels a project before substantial work has started, Webrovise may refund the genuinely unused portion of a payment after accounting for work already performed and unavoidable costs.

05. Third-party services

Domain registrations, hosting, premium software, APIs, payment-provider charges, plugins, subscriptions and other third-party services may be purchased specifically for a project.

Once such services have been purchased, activated or consumed, their fees are generally non-refundable and may be subject to the third party's own refund policy.

06. Bugs and corrections

A technical defect that causes agreed functionality to operate incorrectly is not automatically grounds for a refund. Where the project includes a post-delivery correction period, Webrovise will address qualifying defects according to the agreed scope and support terms.

New functionality, changes to approved requirements or problems caused by third-party systems are not considered defects in the original scope.

07. Refund requests

Refund requests should be submitted with the project name, payment information and reason for the request. Each request will be reviewed against the applicable proposal, project scope, payment terms and work already performed.

08. Project-specific agreements

A signed proposal, statement of work or separate written agreement may contain payment or cancellation terms that differ from this general policy. Where applicable, the project-specific agreement takes precedence.
